Twitter Analytics: Account Home
We created Account home to help solve a few areas of opportunity. A fractured navigation schema across Ads & Analytics, more chances to upsell ads products to analytics users, and simply show a user's best moments from month-to-month.
A profile header helps create a connection to the consumer identity experience. The 28-day health summary answers a very basic question of "am I doing better than a month ago?" With monthly summaries we create individual panels that highlight Top Tweets and help prime users to create better content in the future. We also surface interesting facts like Top followers and Top mentions to help analytics customers leave feeling validated.
This project also created a big chance for us to define a new method for building products where we build panels, not pages. This panel-based method of building new product allows for drastically faster ways of building and testing new ideas that we can measure over time and gauge customer satisfaction.
